Final post

My semester was a bit chaotic because it was very short and there were a lot of things to do. I was running around doing all the activities because I am very bad at managing my time and in general I relax a lot (oops), but I definitely enjoyed it. I must say that I really enjoyed English 4 (even though it started at  8 am and having to get up early) because it allowed me to talk with many people and it was always very educational. The other subject that I really liked is one called "fundamentals of architecture" taught by Enrique Walker, that teacher spoke for 3 hours straight without boring me and the whole class was really interesting.

This semester i had physiscs and i'm really bad at it. passing took a lot of effort but i managed it (In the first evaluation I got a 1.9).

I haven't liked "taller 2" all semester because of how the teaching team works and I can't help but compare it to my class from the previous semester. In any case, I did well and I didn't get any grades under four. I don't think I've ever been so stressed and slept so little in my life. I really like the career I am studying and I remain very motivated to continue in the coming years. FAU is a nice place and every day I feel more part of it.

I hope next semester I can manage my time like a decent person and continue enjoying it in the same way as now. Another goal I have is to continue meeting people at the university since everyone is very interesting.

I would like to finish by saying that I haven´t expect that write and read this blogs will be that funny, thanks for everything teacher. , the truth is that writing in English has always been difficult for me and the activities on Wednesdays have made me understand many things.

1. Go out with friends Since the university gave us the week off, i decided to rest the first 2 days and all the others went out to my friend's houses to carretear. i went out to lunch with several frinds during the week, and in the evening they would usually pick me up at my house to go out. 2. Drink earthquake I love the national drink because of its sweet flavor and fun of the preparation. In all the places i was there was an earthqueake to drink. Everyone coordinated to buy the ingredients and spend the time enjoying the drink.  3. Sleep Throughout the week i carried a destructive routine for my body that consisted of going out during the night, returning to my house between 6 and 9 in the morning to spend the rest of the day sleeping and recovering fot the next night. Those long periods of sleep were one of my favourite things of the week since i can't do it if i have classes. 4. My fist concert

Since i was little i was never interested in going to big events like concerts or festivals, but one day on the middle of 2022 i made the decision to go to my fist concert. was a chilean urban artist named Young Cister, i had been listening to his music for years and this was going to be his first Movistar arena so i wanted to be there. at that time i was working so i was able to buy the ticket myself and i feel that makes it more special. The concer was at the beggining of 2023 and i went with a friend named Daniel. We lined up for 6 hour in the middle of the summer just to be able to be closer to the stage. the experience of being there with a lot of people signing all the songs of the artist and feeling the emotion of the moment was really memorable. In 2023 i went to two other concerts, one 2 months ago by an argentine artist named "Ysy a" and 2 days ago i went to see Luis Miguel with my family. both concerts where a 10/10 experience

Futaleufu

 At the beginning of 2022, my uncle bought a school transport and invited us on a trip through the "carretera autral". it was a trip with a large part of my family from Parral, which is where my uncle lives, to "the marbel cathedrals" in 2 weeks of loooong trip. We camped in a lot of places like Hornopiren, Chaiten and Puerto Aysen. but my favourite for far and the place where we stayed the longest was Futaleufu. it's a town that is very far from santiago (like 1400 km), know for its river with a lot of current where rafting is practiced and one of the best experiences of my life. It has a lot of places where you can do trekking and connect with nature, but rafting is the main activity since it is a sport full of adrenaline and completly new for many like me and my family. and it's important to say that the Futaleufu river is the best to do this activity in chile. the photo is of my family and me during the activity It's a little dangerous but facing the
